Who we are
Parents2 is a small Dutch foundation, the board consists of three people:

René Hubregtse
chairman/treasurer
René led an interest group for disabled people and their parents for 18 years in the Netherlands. Currently he manages a number of primary schools, day care, and after school care.
Since 2008 he offered support to Ukrainian parents in a local interest group who developed plans to ensure better futures for their children.
Natasha Dobrova-Krol PhD
For the past 15 years Nataliya Dobrova-Krol, PhD, has been working as a psychologist and a researcher: along with the clinical work with children and families she has been involved in various projects in the field of deinstitutionalization, Early Childhood Development and Early Childhood Intervention as an international consultant, including consultancy work for UNICEF, World Bank, HealthProm and the European Association on Early Childhood Intervention Eurlyaid. In this work the main focus has been on the family-centered philosophy, practice and belief that the best place for children to grow up is in a family and the most effective way to ensure children's wellbeing and development is to provide services that engage, involve, strengthen, and support parents and families.
Peter de Vries
secretary
Peter has been professionally involved with communication between the schools and parents for 15 years. He is the author of several books on this topic, in which he shares his vision that every child has the right to proper cooperation between schools and parents. As a father of four, he also experiences the struggle to do the best for your children and to guide them to becoming independent. Sometimes everyone needs a little push to becoming as independent as possible. He hopes to put these experiences to practice for Parents2
